2026 READY-MADE GOLF TRIP TO BIG CEDAR LODGE

World-class golf and luxurious room accommodations are all located within minutes of Big Cedar Lodge.  Park and leave your car!  Shuttle service and golf bag management on property is easy and attentive.

 

Base Pricing:

        ·         Double “Queen” Room:  $2199 (Double Occupancy required)

        ·         Single “King” Room:  $2899 (Limited Availability)

        ·         All rates are per person, Queen Rooms are based on double occupancy, King Rooms are based on single occupancy.  Maximum number of 2 adults in King Bed accommodations. Rooms are offered on a limited availability while supplies last.  Modifications after reservations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

The Base Pricing includes:

        ·         Lodging for 4 Nights at the Angler’s Lodge

        ·         4 Rounds of World Class Golf – Payne’s Valley, Ozarks National, Buffalo Ridge, Cliffhangers (18-hole par 3 course)

        ·         Carts included for all rounds.

        ·         Free Continental Breakfast at the Angler’s Lodge on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning

        ·         Driving Range Access

        ·         Shuttle Service and Golf Bag coordination at all Big Cedar facilities are available upon request at the front desk of the hotel

ONLY A FULL OR PARTIAL PAYMENT WILL SECURE YOUR RESERVATION – No Holds without payment

 

• $500 DEPOSIT DUE Immediately to secure reservation
• FINAL PAYMENT DUE by Friday 5pm CST, March 27th, 2026
  
  • Fees for additional nights lodging and/or optional caddie requests will be collected with final payment.
• This offer is not available with any other offer.
• This offer is limited on a first come, first serve basis, with deposit or full payment made to TripCaddie while supplies last and is subject to availability.  
• This offer is made “as-is” with no changes to dates, number of rounds, or order of play.  Alternative room accommodations can be made upon request but are subject to availability.
• All gratuities are not included but strongly encouraged to caddies and forecaddies, room service personnel, food service personnel, and shuttle drivers as applicable. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY:

• You may cancel by March 27, 2026 for a full refund for any payment(s) made, less a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is $250 per group member. 
• If one member of a group cancels, the group’s reservation will be cancelled UNLESS:
  
  •  The group holds the vacant spot with a deposit ($500) with the intention to fill the spot and make the final payment by the deadline (3/27/2026).
• If final payments for all members of the group are not made by 3/27/26, the group’s reservation will be cancelled and any payments made will be refunded, less a cancellation fee of $250 per group member.
• NO REFUNDS after March 27th. No exceptions.
