The Sandbox (a 17-hole short course)
The Sandbox, the 17-hole short course at Sand Valley, provides an intimate connection to the sand county landscape of central Wisconsin. Located 50 yards from the Clubhouse and just outside the Dunes Lodge, The Sandbox plays through a restored sand prairie that sits within the same V-shaped sand ridge that frames Mammoth Dunes.
With holes ranging from 40 to 140 yards, the short course features the most unique green complexes on the property, including a biarritz, double plateau, lion's mouth, and a redan.

Lake Leopold Cottages
A Serene Setting Perfect for Groups of 8
The Lake Leopold Cottages are located on the highest ridge on property, overlooking Lake Leopold, a series of exposed sand dunes, and Sand Valley's 9th hole. With a large common room, a spacious outdoor deck with Adirondack chairs and a large fire-pit, your group will be able to re-connect with one another and recharge.
The Glacial lake & Dunes Valley Cottages

The Glacial Lake Cottages at Sand Valley serve as a luxurious and comfortable outpost intimately nestled into the rugged sand barrens and oak savannas that surround them. Located a short walk north of the Clubhouse and the Sandbox--our Par-3 course--the Glacial Lake Cottages provide a connection to the resort's amenities with the privacy needed to enjoy the serene setting. Each provides 4 single bedrooms with a full kitchen, living room, fire pits and outdoor amenities. The Glacial Lake Cottages are a great place for a secluded family or group getaway.

With spacious bedrooms and common rooms, wet bars and in-room refrigerators, and easy access to outdoor space with fantastic views of the property, you will be sure to enjoy a very relaxing stay with us. Aldo's Farm & Table
With views over Mammoth Dunes' expansive first and finishing holes, Aldo's Farm & Table offers a wide variety of dishes that will nourish you after a long day on the links. Starters include Potted Ricotta, Beef Tartare, and our ever popular Buffalo Cheese Curds. Entrees include our favorite Bone-in Ribeye, our Polpette Alla Bolognese, and our Northwoods Brick Chicken.
Mammoth Bar
Located in our Clubhouse with panoramic views over Mammoth Dunes' 1st and 18th holes, the Mammoth Bar & Lounge is the main gathering area and watering hole at Sand Valley. Featuring Wisconsin craft beers, specialty cocktails, and mouth watering appetizers & entrees, this may become your new favorite post-round hangout area.
And located just outside the Mammoth Bar, with views over Mammoth Dunes' 1st and 18th holes, is our Warbler Terrace. This is our main outdoor social gathering space. After a full day of golf take a seat and enjoy the fire pit, a cold beverage, and the stunning view.
Craig's Porch
Overlooking Sand Valley's 1st, 10th, and 18th holes, Craig's Porch offers cold drinks, delicious food and stunning views for those that play Sand Valley or simply want to take in the view. You'd be missing out if you didn't try one of our 9 Ice Cream Sandwich flavors.
