Golf

Streamsong Black
Marvel at stunning panoramic views and vast landscapes of impressive elevation rolls, tumbles and ridges. Streamsong Black, brought to life by renowned designer Gil Hanse, offers golfers the opportunity to play a premium course that rivals the greatest golf venues in the world. Here you’ll take on an impressive yet intense Par-73 championship layout and discover Streamsong’s latest features including the Gauntlet, a two-acre putting course, and the Roundabout, a free-flowing 7-hole practice area.

Streamsong Blue
With its multiple elevation changes, fairways navigating wild grasses and deep-water ponds, and huge bunkers that roll off of towering sand dunes, Streamsong Blue seems designed by discovery rather than by intention. Created by Renaissance Golf Design’s renowned architect Tom Doak—who already has four designs ranked among the top 100 in the world—Streamsong Blue is equally destined for golfing greatness. It features spectacular terrain, with rises and falls in elevation, and contours that undulate.
Known for his design philosophy of routing around the natural features of the land, Doak noted, “Now we get to use these dramatic changes as the centerpiece to our golf holes.” All together, they combine to offer some of the most stimulating holes in golf.

Streamsong Red
Simply put, Streamsong Red is like nothing you’ve ever played. Designed by the legendary team of Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw—architects of five designs in the Top 100 in the United States—Streamsong Red is an 18-hole masterpiece. With its 419 Bermuda Grass fairways winding through decades-old sand dunes, lakes, and natural bunkers, Streamsong “is naturally conducive to uncovering great golf holes,” says Crenshaw, who himself is a two-time PGA Masters Champion. “It is going to be spectacular.”
With its striking landforms, expansive lakes, rolling terrain and stretches of open savannah, Streamsong Red brings drama and strategy into play on each spectacular hole.
Lodging

Guestrooms & Suites
The guestrooms and suites at Streamsong® are as soothing as they are inspiring. They are the creation of Alberto Alfonso of Alfonso Architects, an award-winning innovative design firm with offices in the United States and Italy. For each of the rooms, Alfonso, an established artist in his own right, created paintings that reflect Streamsong’s natural surroundings of giant dunes, lakes teeming with bass, and the wooded landscape.
Streamsong’s guestrooms and suites feature floor-to-ceiling glass with custom louvers and hardware to control light, and the majority of rooms have spectacular water views that extend to the natural Florida horizon. Queen- and king-size beds with sumptuous linens, plush robes, and boutique amenities ensures that no detail is overlooked…every expectation is met.
Dining

Restaurant Fifty-Nine
Restaurant Fifty-Nine offers USDA Prime beef and fresh seafood prepared with the level of finesse required by the elusive golf score for which the restaurant is named. Luscious lobster bisque or lump crab cakes set the stage for an aged steak grilled to perfection, and one of Central Florida’s best wine lists provides the perfect pairing for double-cut lamb chops or seared Ahi tuna. Restaurant Fifty-Nine’s location in the Clubhouse delivers dramatic views of our legendary courses, and the dining room’s handsome interior provides an invitation to savor breakfast, lunch or dinner.

P2O5
The lush atmosphere of P2O5 provides an elegant backdrop for casual dining all day long. Classic American dishes are served with clever sides and starters like horseradish onion rings, blue crab grits, or truffle tots. Craft beers and a thoughtful list of wines by the glass are the perfect accompaniment to Gulf seafood and prime steaks, or burgers and BLTs.

Bone Valley Tavern
Located at the new Streamsong Black Clubhouse, the Bone Valley Tavern restaurant is Streamsong’s newest dining experience and has become an instant guest favorite for its savory entrée’s and incredible views of the Gil Hanse golf course masterpiece that envelopes it. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, The Bone Valley Tavern - often referred to as simply “BVT” - is a genuine Gastropub featuring a selection of reinvented and artfully refined pub classics along with some original culinary creations. An impressive presentation of hard to find draft beers, multiple large screen TV’s and an oversized outdoor fire pit create a convivial atmosphere for sports watching, star gazing and memorable gatherings after a day on the course or in the conference room. The panoramic views, breathtaking sunrises and sunsets make Bone Valley Tavern the ideal Streamsong dining experience.

Sottoterra
Nestled into the Lodge’s lower lobby is the chic and modern dining room of Streamsong’s flagship restaurant, SottoTerra. Open only for dinner, SottoTerra is at once incandescent and intimate, with a luxurious palette of cool blues and grays, white marble, and linen. Expert presentations of classic Italian cuisine use the best that the earth and oceans have to offer, such as the day’s fresh catch roasted whole in a stone oven and served with hazelnut pesto and eggplant caponata, or tortiglioni pasta with fennel sausage and marinara. Seating is limited to ensure the most personal service.
