PACKAGE DETAILS FOR EACH GOLFER

World-class golf and luxurious room accommodations are all located onsite at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort.  Park and leave your car!  Shuttle service and golf bag management on property is easy and attentive.

 

May 15 – May 18, 2025

Base Pricing:

        ·         Double Room with 2 Queen beds at The Manor: $3599

        ·         All rates are per person and require double occupancy. Includes taxes and resort fees. 

 

The Base Pricing includes:

        ·         Lodging for 3 Nights in a double room (double occupancy required)

        ·         5 Rounds of World Class Golf – No. 2, No. 4, No. 8, No. 10 and The Cradle (9-hole short course)

        ·         All rounds (except The Cradle) include carts (caddies are optional and additional fees apply)

        ·         Breakfast at the Resort on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning

        ·         Driving Range Access

        ·         Shuttle Service and Golf Bag coordination at all Pinehurst Resort facilities

 

Single Package Pricing:

         ·         Single “King” Room at The Manor: $4599

         ·         Includes everything in the Base Package

 

PAYMENT TERMS

ONLY A FULL OR PARTIAL PAYMENT WILL SECURE YOUR RESERVATION – No Holds without payment

 

  • $1500 PER PERSON DEPOSIT DUE at the time of booking
    • All reservations are booked in groups of 4.
    • Reservations are not confirmed until all deposits for the group are made.

  • FINAL PAYMENT DUE by Wednesday 5pm CST, January 15, 2025
    • Fees for additional nights lodging and/or optional golf rounds will be collected with final payment.
    • If final payments for all members of the group are not made by 1/15/25, the group’s reservation will be cancelled and any payments made will be refunded, less a reservation fee (3% of the payment amount).

  • This offer is not available with any other offer.
  • This offer is limited to only the first 28 people on a first come, first serve basis with deposit or full payment made to TripCaddie while supplies last and is subject to availability.  
  • This offer is made “as-is” with no changes to dates, number of rounds, or order of play.  Alternative room accommodations can be made upon request but are subject to availability.
  • All gratuities are not included but strongly encouraged to caddies and forecaddies, room service personnel, food service personnel, and shuttle drivers.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • You may cancel by January 15, 2025 for a full refund, less a reservation fee, for any payment(s) made. The reservation fee is 3% of the payment amount(s). 
  • If one member of a group cancels, the group’s reservation will be cancelled UNLESS:
    • The group holds the vacant spot with a deposit ($1500) with the intention to fill the spot and make the final payment by the deadline (1/15/25).
  • If final payments for all members of the group are not made by 1/15/25, the group’s reservation will be cancelled and any payments made will be refunded, less a reservation fee (3% of the payment amount).
  • NO REFUNDS after January 15, 2025. No exceptions.
