Base Package Pricing (per person): $3599 for a Double room (2 Queen beds, double occupancy required)
Single King Package Pricing (per person): $4599 for a Single room (1 King bed, single occupancy)
Accommodations: 3 nights stay at The Manor
Golf with rounds at:
- No. 2 – Donald Ross, site of 2024 U.S. Open
- No. 4 – Gil Hanse
- No. 8 – Tom Fazio
- No. 10 – Tom Doak (opened April 2024)
- The Cradle – Gil Hanse (9-hole short course)
* Cart fees included, Caddies are optional for additional fees

- Shuttle to all Pinehurst Resort facilities

Payments: Reservations are only booked in groups of four. Each person can pay individually via credit card or the group leader can make one payment for the group. A $1500 deposit *per person* is required within 14 days of making your reservation with final balance payments due by 3/15/25.
Cancellations: If someone in the group needs to cancel after making a deposit, you must find a replacement to fill the spot to avoid cancellation of the group’s reservation. The full cancellation policy is available in the Terms and Conditions.
Note: Additional fees apply for golf rounds not included in the base package. Caddie fees and gratuities for caddies, resort staff and shuttle services are not included but strongly encouraged.
